Ballroom Dance Events

Special Dance Events feature mainly Ballroom & Latin Dancing with a few modern Sequence. Book in advance here up to 48hours prior, subject to availability, your receipt being e-mailed and name allocated to the advanced booking lists (no tickets sent). Smart to 'smart-casual' dress code and a little something extra at Christmas, however small. Balls normally have a formal black tie dress code. All entry fees are non-refundable.

Viva La Dance run a range of dance classes in Bath & Trowbridge catering for beginners to higher level dancers in Ballroom, Latin American & Argentine Tango. We teach a huge number of dancers across and beyond these areas including Corsham, Chippenham, Devizes, Keynsham, Saltford, Bristol, Bradford on Avon, Melksham, Warminster, Westbury, Frome, Radstock, Swindon and further afield. Many travel long distances to take private lessons with us too. Why not see if we have a class within striking distance of you?


Learning to dance is a wonderful journey, but you need to be patient. If you are prepared to make a few mistakes, and are keen to learn, we can teach you. We teach a broad range of styles in our partner dance world: waltz, quickstep, Viennese waltz, Tango, Slow Foxtrot, Social Foxtrot, cha cha cha, rumba, jive, paso doble, samba and Argentine tango. Some are easier to get going than others but all of them together make for a great time at any party, dance, ball or other occasion and open up a whole world of fun, friends and laughter.
